"Thanks so much for the recipes. They bring back such memories, We’re drooling! If memory serves, you also added cooked lobster meat to your fish soup at the last minute.

We had a wonderful week. The villa was sooo nice and comfortable. It was fun going shopping for food and we have some great photos of the food stalls in Pistoia and that awesome store in Lucca as well as the preparation work being done in the villa kitchen. The noon hour meals you arranged for our bus tours were fabulous, especially the one at la Ribotta in Castegneto Carducci.

We had lots of laughs and thoroughly enjoyed our time with everyone at the villa. As we expected, the next week was a bit of an anticlimax. After all, no organized bus tour could possibly compare with the accommodation and food provided in Vorno. Our best wishes to you and Anna."
